The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to NZ SUPERSHARE GROUP, Shop 4/14 Corinthian Drive, Albany, Auckland 0632.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Tideyo, accessible from https://tideyo.com/
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Return policy
- Identify consignment items
- All disputes of goods that have been sold require customers to check the situation of the goods by sending an email to admin@tideyo.com through photos, videos and detailed descriptions as soon as they receive the goods.

- Items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed and with all labels attached.
- For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for glasses, underwear and accessories.
- The product will not be returned if there is no quality problem
- Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- All returned items will be reimbursed only with unexpired store vouchers.
- We aim to process all returns within 2 business days of receiving your item. You will be contacted by email with details of the processed return.
- Do not attach anything to the original box of the product. Your return will not be accepted if you return the item with packing tape in the original box or if the box you received is damaged.
- Any merchandise and merchandise packaging, accessories, materials, boxes must be in their original condition. It is best to send them back to us in the original courier box in which you received them.
- Consignment items are not valid for returns.
Online Return Form
- All items owned by TIDEYO have a 7-day return policy from the date of purchase, this does not include returns for no reason, and items purchased by TIDEYO are strictly non-refundable.
- Items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed and with all labels attached.
- For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for sunglasses, underwear, accessories and shoe accessories (shoe anti-wrinkle, shoe lasts, shoelaces, etc.).
- All returned items will be reimbursed only with unexpired store vouchers.
- TIDEYO reserves the right to refuse the return if we deem it unsatisfactory.
- Receipt presented with the item to be exchanged
- Returned items deemed worn, unlabeled, laundered or damaged will be rejected for return.
- Consignment items are not valid for returns.
Cancel order
- All items have been sold canceled orders will be void.
- If the above does not apply to your order, cancellations while the order is being processed will incur 6% of the total order restocking and administration fee.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
- The return must be requested within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
- The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition.
The following Goods cannot be returned
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
- Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning Goods
- You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

- We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
- The refund cycle is for us to receive the goods, check them correctly, and fully meet our refund requirements. We will transfer the refund to your account within 7 days.
