Shipping Policy
We only accept orders paid for by credit card with the same billing and shipping address, and we only ship to a PayPal address if the order is paid for via PayPal. We can only ship to an address other than the billing address if the payment method is not credit card or PayPal.
- For products in stock in New Zealand, we generally process and ship within 1-2 business days. (Except for Mystery Box orders.)
- For Mystery Box orders, the processing time is generally 5-7 business days.
- For published product pre-orders: We process orders within 1 business day and ship within the next 12-18 business days (unless otherwise stated).
- For pre-orders of unreleased products, shipping dates will vary. Generally, we can ship within 12-18 business days of the brand’s official launch date in NEW ZEALEAD. In the event of brand cancellation or delayed release, TIDEYO is not responsible for such events.
- For all reservations, we cannot estimate or guarantee a specific shipping date. In some cases, due to external reasons (such as customization delays), we cannot guarantee that the product will be available within 3 weeks. If your pre-order item does not arrive within the given time frame, we are more than happy to provide a full refund upon your request.
- If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, we will always ship to you first and ship the pre-order products separately when we receive them.
- From the date of shipment, customers can expect their orders to arrive within 1-7 business days domestically and 7-20 business days internationally, depending on the shipping service and location chosen. Please note that due to COVID-19, there may be shipping delays.
- We ship domestic orders via NZ Post ePacket and most international orders via DHL International Express. We require all orders to be signed on delivery. Our default shipping service only includes shipping insurance from nz Post for all orders up to $5000. For high value or international orders over NZD 5000, we strongly recommend that you contact us before discussing transport insurance options. It is the buyer’s responsibility to insure any orders over NZD 5000 and all international orders at their own expense.
- International customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes once the order is shipped. We do our best to protect international customers from incurring additional charges, but cannot guarantee that there will be no unexpected charges. We do not accept returns/exchanges/cancellations due to your unwillingness to pay taxes or fees.
- For products that are damaged or lost in transit or delayed in transit, we will do our best to help communicate with the courier company and provide you with available compensation from the courier company. However, if we package your order correctly and ship it to your order address, we will not be liable for any of the above as once the package is picked up by the courier it will be beyond our control.

HANDLING
- All orders are shipped from Monday to Thursday, public holidays excluded.
- Please expect 72 working hours of handling time.
- After receiving the order, the product preparation period is 4-7 days, and it will be shipped after checking for no defects.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM DUTIES
- The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
- If the customer refuses to pay import taxes, custom duties or any fees associated with the shipment, the customer must cover all expenses in the returning parcel. This includes initial delivery fees, returning delivery fees and any taxes, custom duties or fees associated with the shipment.
